Baptist Health Calhoun Hospital is pleased to announce that a new specialty clinic will soon be coming to Oxford, AL. A ground breaking ceremony with key officials will take place at the site of the new Oxford MediPlex on Friday, October 30, 2015 at 11 am.
The two story, 24,000 square-foot multi-specialty Baptist Health Calhoun Hospital Oxford MediPlex will house internal medicine and specialty physicians, a complete urgent care center, full-service radiology and occupational health and rehabilitation services. Located on Highway Drive in Oxford, the Baptist Health Calhoun Hospital Oxford Mediplex is scheduled to complete construction and open its doors in the Fall of 2016.
Louis Bass, CEO of Baptist Health Calhoun Hospital, said the new Baptist Health Calhoun Hospital Oxford Mediplex will improve access to health care services for residents in Oxford and surrounding communities and complement the extended internal medicine and primary care services Baptist Health Calhoun Hospital already provides to residents throughout Calhoun County.
