Community Health Needs Assessments
In 2012 and 2015, RMC completed comprehensive community health needs assessments (CHNAs) that included all communities surrounding the system’s hospitals and family health centers. The goal of these assessments was to identify and evaluate health-related needs in the communities that RMC currently serves and to use this information to fulfill our mission. We invite you to view our reports below.

Implementation Strategy
RMC is committed to providing the highest-quality care to our local community. The community benefit that RMC provides for Calhoun and surrounding counties is wide reaching, from making healthcare available for those who have the greatest needs, to educating the next generation of healthcare professionals and funding special community programs that lead to advanced treatments and cures. Our executive team assessed the community needs in 2012 and 2015 and created an implementation strategy or “plan of action” on how RMC proposes to fill the needs gap. We invite you to read those strategies below.
Annual Report Community Benefit
RMC serves the community by providing uncompensated health care to those in need, engaging in a broad range of medical research, education and training programs, and supporting community health initiatives.
