Specialty Wellness Services

Additional Health and Wellness services offered through RMC’s Outpatient Rehabilitation Center include:

• Massage Therapy by appointment
• Customized Fitness Training with Exercise Physiologists
• Full-Service Gym with Locker Rooms
• Individualized Exercise Programs
• Aftercare – a special program offered to the “graduating” therapy patients where they can continue their progress on a permeant basis; focusing on healthy living and exercise.
• Wellness Gym Memberships – a fully equipped and staffed gym available to staff, families, and community members.
• Aquatic Therapy – our pool is maintained at a steady 92°F, offering the most comfortable exercise environment for rehabilitation activity in the area.

Wellness/Massage Services may be accessed by calling the department and speaking to the Wellness Coordinator or asking to schedule an appointment.
