Fellowship Trained Sports Medicine Orthopedic Surgeon EDUCATION: Dr. Morris completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, and received his medical degree from the University of South Alabama in Mobile. ADDITIONAL TRAINING: Dr. Morris completed orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and completed an additional one-year fellowship in Sports Medicine Orthopedic Surgery with the Andrews Institute in Gulf Breeze, Florida.
