Colorectal Cancer Screenings

For the entire month of March, the RMC Foundation is offering FREE colorectal screening kits to individuals aged 50+ who have not had a colonoscopy within the past year or those who have a family history of colorectal cancer.

Signs of colorectal cancer include changes in bowel habits, blood in your stool, cramping in the abdomen and other symptoms.

Regular screenings for colorectal cancer should begin at age 50. Advanced screenings, like screening, are recommended for those age 50+ and those with a family history of colorectal cancer. The majority of colorectal cancer screenings are covered by most health insurances because they are preventative services.
