Board-Certified in Orthopedic Surgery and Sports Medicine EDUCATION: Dr. Vandervoort completed his undergraduate study at the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa, Alabama and received his medical degree from the University of Alabama in Birmingham, Alabama where he was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. ADDITIONAL TRAINING: Completed his general surgery internship and residency at the University of Tennessee Center of Health Sciences, Memphis, Tennessee and completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Campbell Clinic/University of Tennessee, Memphis, Tennessee.
