Diabetes Self-Management Classes

An event every month that begins at 2:00 pm on day First of the month, repeating indefinitely
An event every month that begins at 2:00 pm on day Fourth of the month, repeating indefinitely
These classes WILL RESUME JULY 1st!
Diabetic Self-Management Classes are offered every 1st and 4th Wednesday of the month in the 1st Floor Classroom of the Tyler Center.
Have you had any of the following?
- Temperature of 100.4ºF or greater
- Shortness of Breath
If you answered yes to any of the above, you cannot attend class and should contact your physician. To attend class:
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Must wear a mask
- Must practice appropriate hand hygiene
Due to social distancing, we will be forced to limit the numbers in class. Please register prior to coming to class either through your physician or by contacting the Education Department at 256-235-5671.
