RMC Prenatal and Birthing Classes
Weeknight and Saturday classes available.
In this course you will learn:
- Physiological changes and warning signs of pregnancy
- Pain relief measures during labor and birth
- How and why you should breastfeed
- Proper newborn and post-partum care
Weeknight and Saturday classes available. Participants should come with comfortable/loose clothing and two bed pillows.
In this course you will learn:
- How the birth partner can assist with comfort measures in pregnancy
- Natural comfort measures to assist with labor and delivery
- What to expect with the natural childbirth experience
- Beneficial movements and exercises for labor
- Breathing/relaxation techniques used during labor and delivery
