What are the requirements to join HealthLink?
The only requirement for membership to HealthLink is that you be age 50 or older.

When does my membership expire?
The expiration date is located on the bottom right hand corner of your membership card. Please check your card to make sure your membership hasn't expired.

How do I renew my membership?
If your membership has expired and you wish to renew it, mail your payment to HealthLink, P. O. Box, 2208, Anniston, AL, 36202, and include a note asking us to renew your membership. Payments to HealthLink also may be made in person at the cashier window in the main lobby located on the third floor of RMC.

What are the annual membership fees?
Membership in HealthLink costs a nominal fee $15 per single person or $25 per married couple.

When does my membership in HealthLink become effective?
Your membership in HealthLink is effective the day we receive your payment. You should get your new card in the mail approximately four weeks after your payment is received.

When are membership renewal notices sent?
Membership renewal notices are mailed the last week of each month. Your membership does not have to be renewed by the exact date on your card, just during that month.

What about cholesterol checks?
Coupons for cholesterol checks are mailed with your renewal notice. All pertinent information about times and location are on the coupon. No appointment is necessary. Please be sure to fast at least 12 hours prior to your test. The results of your test will be mailed to you within two weeks.
